A Wrap-around Plywood Bedroom

The biggest bedroom furniture project we’ve tacked so far! We created this wrap-around wardrobe and beautifully integrated bed to maximise storage, and show off the natural beauty of the birch plywood. There’s tons of clever details, from hidden LED lighting both inside wardrobes and under those bedside shelves, to a double mirror setup allowing enhanced moments of self-reflection.

There’s lots of hanging space and adjustable shelving within those cupboards - with integrated LED lighting that comes on when you open the doors. The large-capacity drawers are on soft-close runners for that sweet, smooth action.

We made sure to have lots of drawer space in the bedside tables too, and there’s integrated LED lighting below those shelves for a soft bedtime glow. The bed has removable panels at the pillow end to give a secret holiday stash for valuables, and handy access to sockets. What I love the most, though, is the huge birch panel headboard, with the run of cupboards above. I think it makes for a warm, calm and enveloping bedtime space.
